1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 head of purple cabbage thinly sliced or shredded
1 large green apple thinly sliced
3 green onions chopped
walnuts
Combine red wine vinegar, whole grain mustard and honey in a bowl; whisk until blended. Fold in cabbage and apple until well coated, garnish with green onions and walnuts. Cover and refrigerate.
